Delivery

Please note that Ami For Ever can only deliver online purchases to France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.

• In France: The package can be delivered to your home or to a collection point in 3 to 5 days.
• Belgium/Italy/Spain/Netherlands/Germany: The package can be delivered to your home or to a collection point in 5 to 7 days.

Note: delivery times begin on the working day following the order and are indicative. During peak periods, shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual.

COSTS

• Belgium/Italy/Spain/Netherlands/Germany: delivery costs are €5 for delivery to a collection point and €7 for home delivery without signature.
• France: delivery costs are €4 for delivery to a collection point, €6 for home delivery without signature.

Returns

Return requests are possible up to 14 days after receipt of your order by logging into your Ami For Ever customer account. You can create a shipping label by going to the “My Orders” section. Return costs are charged at €3 following an AMI For Ever purchase, deducted from the refund of the order.
